Shipping & Returns

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

If you spend up to 99$ shipping is 10$. If you spend 100$ or over, shipping is free of charge.

Shipping costs are calculated on the final price paid (after any discount is applied).

WHERE DO WE SHIP?

We ship to the United States only.

WHEN DO WE SHIP?

Our standard timescale from placing your order to receiving your order is 2-5 business days. Our offices and warehouses do not operate on weekends, bank holidays, or national holidays.

All U.S. Mainland orders are sent using a next working day shipping service. However, there is a cut-off time that may affect when you receive your package. For example, if you place your order at 5 pm on a Friday, it will not be processed until the following Monday.

Shipping to some postcodes may take longer.

The dispatch confirmation email will contain an estimated delivery date.

Shipping will be between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm, we are unable to confirm an exact time. All shipping timescales are subject to product and shipping slot availability. A signed acknowledgment of receipt will be required.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

We are committed to providing the highest quality products and services to our customers. However, on rare occasions, products may be found to be in some way defective or unwanted. In keeping with our commitment to provide you with excellent service, we offer the opportunity to return the products in case they are defective.

WHAT IF THERE’S A PROBLEM WITH THE PRODUCT?

We will not refund products that have been opened or tampered with or which have been consumed in whole or in part (unless the products are defective and such defect was only apparent on the opening of the product). It is your responsibility to ensure products are returned in suitable packaging, we will make a deduction from the reimbursement of any items returned damaged if they are not suitably packaged.
